During the lockdown of 2020, seemed like the chance to update the tired old website. There were things that could be interesting like a booking in appointment scheme, proper online store and subscription scheme. It wasn't long ago (or doesnt seem like it) that everything was done on paper, and while that has its advantages, it saps time.
One of the main things I want to do is to understand what we can do to make things as easy as possible for the customer. Turnaround times being the biggest factor. Let me know if there's any ideas, previous experiences (good or bad) that you've had here, or anywhere else that we can learn from. I can't promise that we can change everything, but there's always room for improvement.
Any extra services, like postal collection, collect and deliver etc that we should think about offering - let us know. If its viable, then we can at least try!
