Established over 20yrs ago, we are a Gibson and Taylor authorised service centre. Located within PMT Manchester, one of the UK's foremost music stores with 100's of guitars, amps, keyboards, drums and accessories. We work on all brands of guitars and basses, and can help you with anything from changing a single string to set ups/ servicing to refrets and more. We also specialise in headstock and neck repairs.

WE ARE VERY GLAD TO BE OPEN AGAIN APRIL 12TH!

Please note we are still closed until that date.

Apologies to any customers that have guitars with us, thank you for your understanding and patience.

The vast majority of guitars left with us are ready to collect, please email to ask if you haven't already heard from us.

Please keep yourself and those around you safe, together we can get through this as fast as possible if we all do our bit.

COVID OPERATING PROCEDURE:

For everyone's safety we will be closely following the guidelines and protocols laid down by PMT, and will be operating an appointment only system.

​

Please choose a slot below or click here. We can't currently have anyone in the workshop, but we can agree on a plan including estimated total cost.

  1. Give us a quick call when you're outside at your appointment time. We'll come out to the back door. 

  2. Pass the guitar to us, your very welcome to go into PMT obviously, but you have to go through the front door - may mean joining a small queue.

  3. We assess and call if we have any questions.

  4. We'll be in touch via phone or email when work is done.

  5. We'll pass the guitar to you to play at home, but please feel free to pop back with any adjustments you would like done, while you wait (no charge of course).
