Tuesday - Saturday: 9.30am - 6pm
Sunday & Monday: Closed but you can drop your guitar with the shop.

When you come into the shop just ring the doorbell by the door (to the right of the main counter) and wait there for us to pop out and see you.
Please don't come through the door as it's staff only.

Either ring the doorbell or give us a quick call when you're in the shop. We'll come out to the door. You don't have to be very punctual, we'll always try to be as flexible as we possible.

Leave the guitar with us.

We'll be in touch via phone or email when work is done.

When the work is completed, come back to collect (you don't have to make an appointment but please be aware we are open Tues to Sat 9.30am to 6pm) and test the guitar in the shop. We can make any adjustments while you're here, or you're welcome to try it at home and pop back for adjustments.
