Established over 20yrs ago, we are a Gibson and Taylor authorised service centre. Located within PMT Manchester, one of the UK's foremost music stores with 100's of guitars, amps, keyboards, drums and accessories. We work on all brands of guitars and basses, and can help you with anything from changing a single string to set ups/ servicing to refrets and more. We also specialise in headstock and neck repairs.
BOOKING WHILE-YOU-WAIT GUITAR REPAIRS:
Just click on 'Book Online', upper right of page and choose the service you require (restring, jack socket, set up etc) and follow the steps. It'll guide you to the calendar. If we don't have the exact service you require just choose drop off, or give us a call.

When you come into the shop just ring the doorbell by the door (to the right of the main counter) and wait there for us to pop out and see you.
Please don't come through the door as it's staff only.
We will continue to operate our on-line booking in system as it has proved very useful to those that prefer either to drop off or have work done while they wait (when possible).

Either ring the doorbell or give us a quick call when you're in the shop. We'll come out to the door. You don't have to be very punctual, we'll always try to be as flexible as we possible.

When the work is completed, come back to collect (you don't have to make an appointment but please be aware we are open Tues to Sat 9.30am to 6pm) and test the guitar in the shop. We can make any adjustments while you're here, or you're welcome to try it at home and pop back for adjustments.
